DOBROBAT is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization focused on advancing scalable recovery systems, infrastructure stabilization, and reconstruction coordination for communities affected by war, disasters, and large-scale crises.
Through field-tested operational practices developed in active recovery environments, the organization supports resilient infrastructure recovery, cross-sector collaboration, volunteer mobilization systems, and long-term reconstruction capacity building.
DOBROBAT works to strengthen U.S.–Ukraine professional collaboration and international knowledge exchange in the areas of disaster-response coordination, operational recovery frameworks, infrastructure resilience, and sustainable community recovery strategies.
The organization’s initiatives are designed not only to support Ukraine’s reconstruction efforts, but also to contribute practical recovery methodologies and scalable coordination models applicable to broader international crisis-response and rebuilding environments.

The organization operates at the intersection of resilient infrastructure development, operational recovery coordination, and international reconstruction collaboration. Through partnerships between Ukraine and the United States, DOBROBAT promotes practical recovery models integrating infrastructure stabilization, community restoration, professional expertise, and long-term resilience planning.
DOBROBAT’s initiatives are based on field-tested reconstruction and operational recovery experience developed in active crisis-affected environments in Ukraine, including rapid-response recovery operations, infrastructure coordination, and community-centered rebuilding initiatives.
The organization serves as a platform for cooperation among civil society, academic institutions, industry professionals, and international partners in support of scalable, measurable, and sustainable post-crisis recovery strategies.
Volunteer centres are located in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Kirovohrad, Poltava, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv Oblasts
